Yeah! Wooohooo!! Lowest I've been yet! ^.^ And a big drop for me. Reseting my digestive tract with the laxative really helped. I feel much more regulated already. Fixing to go have breakfast, Cofffeeee. I really love my coffee. Hoping the weight sticks tomorrow!!! :D
294.5 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

FANTASTIC !!!! Great surprise on the scale this am for you. We are both doing the happy dance. I looked at your food journal and see you are enjoying much more veggies and lean proteins. The digestive reset sounds like it helped you out as well. You have the same fear for tomorrow am weigh in that I had this morning, but keep the faith dear, it will stick!!! Happy Day!

Thank you for the encouragement Babs!! :D I try to get more veggies in, but I don't always succeed in doing it. I'm also very much in love with the golden potatoes. ^.^ So good mashed with some fat free milk, 1/2 serving of butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Had some leftover chicken for lunch too. Might have another bit of chicken for a snack later maybe wrapped in 1/2 one of those new thin buns they've come out with.
