Yeah! Lost my easter weight. Joined the gym too. I worked out Saturday. 20 minutes on the treadmill and 5 on the bicycle. Pathetic - I know, but I was sore so I must have done some good. I have been eating low carb, but I am not doing strict induction. Yesterday I had low carb ice cream and some wheat bread. I am not in ketosis. I hope working out will make a big difference.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.3 lb a week

Hurrah! Working out will make a big difference. It's probably just what you need at this stage of the diet. It will soon become part of your routine and will definately help keep up your great weight loss. Well done for taking the first step in joining and then actualy going!
