Weight is up, but waist is down ONE inch! Looking good, feeling good! The scale is not my enemy anymore, I am not afraid of a wee bit of fluctuation. That is normal. I am OK... just need to be wary not to gain anymore. The weight should start dropping off again, it always does!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
