Hi Steph. My computer is over at my son's. It's been dead for a while and he's rebuilding it for me. Using the iPad is a pain . . . no keyboard! Love you to and I miss talking to all my buddies. I check in on everyone every day so y'all need to stay on your toes. I'm lurking. :-) Tuesday, I started doing Michael Mosely's 5:2 fast. I lost 4 lbs that first day and only regained 1lb yesterday even with the huge amount of food I ate . . . my friend, Ed, took me out to Applebee's. I had no trouble with the fast day, and wasn't hungry when I woke up yesterday. I thought I would be ravenous. I'm going to try this for six weeks and see how it goes. I'm really doing it for the purported brain benefits, not necessarily the weight. If it works, I plan to stay on it. Steph, as soon as I get my computer back, I will get back to posting every day. Love you lots!
