I am attacking my new goal. I don't know how good any of the udeal weight calculators are but I am still overweight even after dropping 32 pounds. I am happy with how I look but I also want to be as healthy as I can.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
