Back to Atkins. Someone sent me a picture they took of me a week or so agao and I couldn't believe how fat I really am :( So, it's back to Atkins cause I know it works for me and I've been pretty good on it so far, and have lost some weight. I just need to keep it up and eat my veggies.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
