I have a thousand calorie day printed out. Let's see if I can stick to it. I want to see 157 this week. I never have in years. Come on Mary! I am sick with the flu so perhaps that will help. I don't feel like running down to the store for chocolate so easily. I am drinking chocolate soy milk instead. I had three Fiber One bars in one day on Monday. I have never done that before and I will never again. Too much fiber, I guess. But maybe that is better than being constipated. Too much information, I know!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 October 2008:

LMBO!!! OH MY GOODNESS.... THREE fiber one bars... are you friggin' serious?!? DANGGGGG .... that's a gluten for punishment if'n I EVER heard it. OI VEY!! I don't even open the 4 I have left in my drawer!! LOL IF and I say IF I even open one, it's HALF or less, period. OWE!! Sorry you're not feeling well... be sure that you replenish the water and fluids lost... maybe some lite gateraide or something, along w/the water. Take care, my friend!
