Doing good:)
- Delts
New menu for the week beef. I finish a batch of oatmeal onto my second. I need to increase my protein intake... liver is a great choice and eggs :)
137.8 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
