Ok - I got into a very bad habit of skipping the gym the last month and a half of summer when it was excruciatingly hot and humid outside. SO - I'm going to erase the past few months from my memory and start fresh. I was doing so great with my weight loss and I miss how good I felt, mentally and physically, when I was eating healthy and working out regularly. I bought a Biggest Loser cookbook this weekend that has lots of delicious recipes in it and I went shopping, went through my cupboards and threw out everything that isn't healthy for me. And I'm ready to roll! Expect to see me on here again now.
325.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 145.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
