I'm having a hard time figuring out what to eat. i first think of what protein I want and then I have lots of veggies around the house and garden but the carbs are harder. I like these air popped chips but I don't want to eat them everyday. I need to plan meals and not wait until I'm hungry.
I'm also not getting enough small meals in. Sundays are harder to eat 4-5 times a day.
122.4 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
