YAY!, I upped the intensity in most areas of exercise including switching to free weights for my upper body lifting. Looks to be working. Hopefully I won't hit another plateau for a while.
256.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
