Well, I expect in the next day or two to see some repercussions for the party I threw last night. I did well to keep my drinking to a minimum, but my 'diet' was totally off my norm.
Brie, baklava, pretzels, etc. That's ok, I planned it, and it was a nice evening - unfortunately, now we have THE LEFTOVERS to contend with. I'll just add some exercise, and all will be well.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
