beyond frustrated.....for 3 weeks i have been working out 3 days a week and been having band rehearsals twice a week for 3 hours.. I've been watching my calorie intake and eating reality low fat. I've gained weight...
293.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey friend ☺️ Let’s try upping your water intake. Shoot for 90-100 oz a day. Do you like green tea? If you do, hot green tea or a cold diet green tea. Make sure you’re logging 💯 everything even if it’s something you don’t want someone to see. Reality is this won’t work if you don’t allow your favorite foods or drinks. Moderation. What are your most favorite foods? We all plateau. Sometimes a week to a month, 2 months. Try switching somethings up☺️ Add a complex B vitamin for an energy boost. Get labs drawn and see if you’re deficient or have insufficient Vitamin D or B. If you’re depleted, it is harder and it’s a huge difference getting your system back on track. I know you can do this!!💜💚
