Today is 5 weeks, much harder this year. My hand(my thumb) bothers me so much more this year, sometimes I don't want to exercise because I don't want to do push ups or planks or anything that involves using my hand. Guess I need to see a specialist and try to get a cortozone shot.
145.9 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
