Went a little too crazy with my cheat day today. Lol This week I will make sure I plan it all before hand and track my calories. I AM STUFFED. I dont feel really guilty though but I am not going to let this happen again.
How's your day going?
155.0 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
