I have been really bad and I haven't been on here because I haven't had any time at all. I tried to send a few messages at work the other day but our internet was blocking everything I tried to do because they tightened security becuase of a virus last week. I am exhausted from school & work. I am not giving up on my diet. I need to re-group and get back on track. I haven't had more than 10 hours of sleep in the last two days. On a positive note life is good other than I am tired and unhappy with the way I have been eating. I like school alot I just need to get my load balanced and I will be ok.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You are doing really well all things considered. Sleep can make a big difference some times not only for your well being but the weight loss. I find that planning my food a week in advance makes life so much easier. Might work for you especially when you are going all different directions at once. Hang in there :)

I just ate some junk tonight because of stress and I have to get back on track too.
