I made it to 180! Next goal under 180 to 175. I will do my best to keep it from going above 180 by avoiding overeating or very late night snacks. I am getting my fruits and vegetables in with some protein, and eating healthier. I am also exercising daily, drinking lots of water and watching my portions of food. It sure is tough sometimes to see progress but I am trying to do it in small steps so the weight does not return. I hope everyone is doing well in accomplishing their goals! 😊
180.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
