My back has been injured again. This time the dr is actually looking into instead of saying it's a muscle or joint. I'm getting an MRI in April but the past 5 weeks have been SO HARD. no jumping no twisting no bending no lifting. I'm just starting to walk comfortably again and I'm hoping I can go back to work next week. my fiance has been great but he's also been bringing home junk food since he feels bad for me. so we had a chat and he's not going to do it anymore. I am getting more comfortable with intermittent fasting as well.
298.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 99.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! I have taken to swimming as it doesn't hurt my back, seems to help it. (with the ok from my dr of course) and hoping to still make progress!
