Goodmorning Everyone..

I am down another 2!!! I have been running/walking everyday except sunday.. I did just under 5 miles in 45 minutes...2 days in a row, and the next in 50,, some days I feel like I can conquer the world, and others I have no drive to do ANYTHING!!! like this morning, I have no work today but things I need to get done, My son left for school at 7 I was so tired I went back to bed until now,, I am still very tired and feel like I can sleep for days... Of course I wont once I am up I'm up... but, will kind of drag and push myself all day...

I just thought through exercise and not being over weight you were suppose to have all this ENERGY!!!! where is IT??????

So how is everyone else doing this week?????
157.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
