Almost to 180 lbs! It sure is hard but I am eating more vegetables and fruits, portion control, healthier snacks, drinking more water and exercising daily. I hope everyone is doing well with their goals! 😊
182.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
