It has now been 11 weeks since my official start and I am almost at my goal. Things I have learned this time around:
Food is not the enemy. Portion sizes is. Exercise and even running can be fun. I need vegetables.
I have found that my body hurts less and I get fewer headaches with the diet and lower weight. Now I can sell my stock in ibprophen and excedrine.
