I started back on atkins 1 week ago . I have lost 5.8 pounds! I was hoping to lose more the first week. but I will take it. I have been using too much art. sugar than what is allowed but my back went out 2 days ago and I have practically been in bed the whole time so I havent been mobile at all.So I am happy! Hope to be able to go to work tomorrow.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

981 kcal Fat: 67.27g | Prot: 67.03g | Carb: 22.72g.   Breakfast: sausage pattie, black coffee, splenda, half and half, eggs. Lunch: green bell pepper, red peppers, salsa, sour cream, chicken, diet pepsi, spinach. Dinner: baked chicken wing and leg. Snacks/Other: boiled peanuts, pork rinds, sugar free jello, whipping cream. more...

Thanks! Last time I ate mainly chicken and salads ans lost interest fast so this time I am eating a variety of different things so I can make sure I stick with it.

That's a huge amount in one week. Great job! Remember to keep weight loss expectations realistic, so you don't get disappointed and give up. Weight loss isn't linear and we have weeks of no loss or gains sometimes. As long as you stick with it, you will do great.
