Emotional eating yesterday... I'll be back on track today!

EDIT: I would have been on track today if my fiancé hadn't surprised everyone in the office with some Key Lime Cake... Darn him why is he so sweet to me!?
104.8 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

that was me today, I never eat fries and thats what I did today. Fried them myself. having a queasy feeling which I think is guilt
