Yesterday I did have popcorn at a movie, smaller back than I used to. I was still around 50 net carbs for the day, BUT I was near 20% of my kcal intake as carbs.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
