I'm happy for a weekly weight loss. I wanted to make it to the gym more. My co-worker had a stroke, so I've been working late every night versus heading to the gym. It's stressful. Somehow I'm hanging in there with my eating. I need to keep this up.
156.2 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
