Johanne's Journal, 23 January 2020

Not sure why the gain. I actually ate pretty well this week. No, it’s not fluid. I’m on Lasix. I’ll just keep plugging along. I’ve actually journaled my food every day this month. I’m off to a good start.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Jo! Great job journaling that food. It takes discipline and it really does keep one mindful of what gets shoved in the ol' pie hole. Hard to account for weight fluctuations sometimes.

Thanks, coco. I just know I have to journal everyday, even on the bad days, if I have any hope of losing the rest of this weight. I’m having problems getting back to what was successful back in the day. I have been successful in not gaining it ALL back, +20, as always happened before I figured it out. I’m glad you’re still here. So many of my old friends aren’t.
