So over 2 weeks I've dropped 4 pounds. Now that makes me happy, but, both my husband and daughter have lost at least 7 pounds, that doesn't make me happy. I know it's all about our metabolism, but it still makes me mad. I am doing my 21 day fix live exercise programs every day and definitely have more energy because of that. I'm also drinking my Shakeology after my workouts and that is curbing my need for sweets.
147.9 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That’s really good! I’m sure you have less to lose. At 147 lbs you don’t burn too many calories and weight loss is a math algorithm.
