I was terrified to get on the scale today because I felt like I gained 10 lbs this week, had a few "off" days, and didn't really track like I wanted to, but I guess my consistent walking made the difference ☺
250.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 75.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
