Gosh, I suck at this diet! I know my slow loss this week was because I ate horrible over the weekend so I was basically trying to get off what damage I did. I know I'm a habitual diet changer, but I really hate this diet in some respects and think South Beach is so much easier... it's just really expensive and a pain to make food I can eat for lunch. Maybe if I cooked in advance it would be better. I wanna finish all of the WW food that I have though (which is quite a bit) and see if it does any good for me. So I'm gonna stick with it for a while and see how it goes... but I'm tempted!

So do WW but incorporate SB. It might help you lose faster.

Is that the Core program?

First mistake, WW is the farthest thing from a "diet". It is a healthy lifestyle. If you think of as a diet you will most likley continue to be a diet changer. You have to make the program fit into your life! If things such as preparing your meals ahead of time seem like a pain, then you just have to track and add your points for whatever you end up grabbing. The best part about WW is that you can have whatever you want, no foods are restricted. The one thing I have heard numerous members who have fallen off plan and come back several year later was they were not commited, and did not put themselves and the plan first. It is not always the right time in a persons life to loose weight, and untill you can make ww and your health a priority you will continue to struggle. I wish you the best of luck and hope you can make WW work for you!

Thank you... you're probably right! I don't focus a whole lot on losing weight lately, I mean I want to, but I know why it's not happening. My social life is more important to me... I've got to get out of that mind set and not go out for beers or cocktails so much! Yes, you can eat whatever you want on WW, but you also have to restrict the amount so much that it's hard for me =(
