My husband and I are hooked on wii! We went to his office Saturday and Sunday and stayed 2.5 to 3 hours and played tennis and bowling. We also took our usual walk every evening. I am doing exercise tapes in the a.m. during the week. If I could just kick the cookies, candy and ice cream I would have lost 10 more lbs. Tomorrow is another day. I will be at home more so I won't be tempted as much. luv, mary
158.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job on the exercise! What a great experiment for you, to eliminate the sugar for a week and see how the exercise works without it. See, if its an experiment and sounds all scientific and stuff maybe it will help you stick to it! :)

i can relate to the cookies, candy and ice cream... all my weaknesses... i've been trying to replace them other healthier desserts like sugar free fat free pudding or fudge pops. you can do it!
