I am having the hardest time getting back on track. I do fine all day at work but as soon as I get home its over! I am starting to get disappointed in myself. I did so much better when I FS had the Weight Watchers point tracker.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I really understand because I went through that two years before it finally clicked. I pray that you have compassion on yourself and instead of being dissapointed you give your self a big hug, telling yourself you are doing the best under the circumstances and then tell your self " I am taking care of myself because I am worth the effort!" TOWANDA!!!!
