I am almost at my goal. It is hard to believe that just ten weeks ago I stepped on the scale and saw that I had lost all the ground I had gained two years ago. I look in the mirror now and see a transformation into a person that looks healthy. I know from past experience that the toughest road is trying to maintain the momentum and not go back to the old habits. I hate the old habits but it is seductive and easy and tastes good. I am not finished yet. I still have three more pounds till my first goal. Here's to ten more weeks.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
