It seems like a nice drop, but I basically barely ate last night. Went out for a happy hour and really just picked. So that was the opposite of what happened the night before when I ate so late and it showed up on the scale!
203.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
