Doing better every week. Trying to get under 180 but it sure is tough. Doing the usual 40 minutes aerobics and some housework. Probably need to do more activity. I could cut down on my calories. I am at 1500 right now and carbs 150.
183.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'll get there. 180 was hard for me to break through - took several weeks. But now I'm closer to the next number 170!
