I completely blew my diet of eating healthy today with lunch at Five Guys. Stress got the better of me. Hey at least I didn't get the chocolate shake I wanted too. Ah well, the best I can do is lots of cardio tonight after work and try to do better. (It was so good though!)
123.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Was told that Five Guys is better than In N Out that is a wake up call In N Out is a southern California tradition. Will have to wait until they get to California to check it out.
