New year, back to almost the same weight I was last January(only 2.5 lbs less). After vacation in June I tend to lose focus and motivation. We are looking at going to a wedding the beginning of April, so that will be my first goal. Let's see what happens!!!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
