Definitely not the direction I wanted to go to meet my mini goal for this weekend. I will chalk it up as a learning day.
...and we move on with our journey.
290.3 lb Lost so far: 17.7 lb.    Still to go: 100.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
