still no progress on the scale, anticipating pounds melting away! read induction info again to ensure i'm making the right choices. have a few things i need to fix but not enough to be stuck this bad! not giving up - just frustrated. :(
296.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on the pounds lost in just the last 3 weeks! The more complete your diet calendar entries are, the better chance you have of seeing where you might be slightly off track. I know that listing EVERYTHING has really helped me stay on plan. Good luck.

thanks for the support! :) i've also noticed that if i include entries as i eat them rather than all at once (like in the evening after work) it helps keep me in check better.
