Record weight since starting a new challenge today. For the 12 weeks will switch my weekly weighin to Thursday. Increase due to bad decisions on new year's eve. But happy with how I've been doing since.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
