Merry Christmas everyone!

Looks like our annual egg roll tradition strikes again - along with many beers - salt, bloat, and gain. Woo hoo! Tis the season to yo yo in weight.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
