Back . . . again! It’s harder once you’ve gone off the rails a few times. 😕

I am so glad you are NOT giving up! Keep going girl. Just log in the calories even if you're not happy with it. I'm slipping, but I need some accountability somewhere!

It is hard to get back to it ... I know! I am trying different things. Obviously doing the same old stuff wasn't working and wasn't sustainable. We are a work in progress.
