Awful day today eate a whole loaf of fruit loaf, chocolate, biscuits.. I have done so well but had one bad relapse. I did my 45 min walk but I am sure I will gain bad food makes you feel bad. I know I should do a detox day but cannot face it.
127.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

You are just fine....no worries, just get back on track and you will be just fine! Your chart looks great, keep up the good work. Cheating once and awhile is not a bad thing, sometimes we just need it. Just get back on track tomorrow!

I totally understand - I cannot face another day of detox!! But, dang, look at your chart!! I was 18 when I weighed as much as you do now, and I was super-skinny!! I bet you look great - pick yourself & just keep going til you get where you wanna be. We're with you!!
