Its hard to stay focused every day, I am only a pound from my goal that I set over a year ago, it's been hard but I'm just about there and I feel great, when I started in January 2012 I weighed 220 lbs. I now way 176.4 yaaaaaa
176.4 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
