I knew when I went to bed I was going to have a gain this am. I was bad, made dinner, that took an hour to cook. during that hour I ate half a bag of tortilla chips. But I did make fresh homemade guacamole, so maybe got some good stuff there. Ok, onward and hopefully downward.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
