rmacle's Journal, 19 November 2019

I'm so annoyed. I need to get my protein and Vitamin D up which means more calories, which appears to equal weight gain. The good news is I do feel better, I'm definitely less fatigued, it could be the Vitamin D supplements and the extra calories. I was doing a 1200 calorie diet for 5 years which was slowly depleting my body of nutrients. I did start doing a cycle bar class and boy it's a workout and fun!
