oh my, I'm falling behind on logging in. I have been doing daily workouts - only 1/2 are sweating, the other are muscle resistance or yoga/pilates. I have kept on my diet well - until yesterday.

we hosted an event at work yesterday, and my 'no wheat, no dairy' was excused for the day:) couldn't say no to free fancy yummy brie cheese - i think it was worth it...i did manage to hold out for an hour, but didn't eat much breakfast - and the yumminess was staring me in the face.
I hope it's not a bad thing to say here - but i'm ok with the cheat, although I think I will postpone my weighin till tomorrow;)
125.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
