I’ve been skipping dinner most of this week, not sustainable long term but in the short term it’s getting results.
151.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

KraftyKatt I glass of wine won't hurt you, but I am not sure about skipping meals? You can bank on it as Nick Hewer would say!

Results are awesome!! Just eat dinner though if you’re stomach is eating your back. If you like the results try IF😊
