doing real well, going to the gym on a daily basis for 1 hour running and 30 minutes weights (no more no less, no 6 hours once a week like before) (I'm sure having the flu helped me lose a few pounds too since I wasnt hungry for a few days but feeling better now, just need to watch it). Sorry I haven't 'been around' gang, I'll try to go over all the private messages ASAP [sorry for late response] I've just been very busy with a new launch we have at work. I'm going to definetly 'see this through' to the end though...been doing good both on eating and exercising, just not recording it here..
