Caffeine...sweets...I love them! This is the hardest part of the SBD for me. So I "cheat" and let myself have Diet Coke to get past the cravings. Thankfully, I've been successful in my bid to stay away from pasta, bread, and rice to far. I'm going to stay in Phase 1 for at least a month. So far, I've lost about 2 lb. per week. Slowly but surely!!!
