I was on a downward spiral with my weight 🤦🏼♀️ so many health issues! Going for a hip replacement operation tomorrow. Broke up with my boyfriend of 6 years. Was bedbound lately and just had food cravings and binges like you can't believe! Motivated to start again after hip operation.
